$168,512.00 per annum 12% superannuation Full Time, ongoing position Wadawurrung/Geelong based role (Hybrid work from home – 3 days a week in office) Key accountabilities Lead the planning and delivery of an integrated roadmap of strategic initiatives, in partnership with Executive leaders and Strategic Delivery stakeholders, executing on deliverables that underpin the WorkSafe's Strategic Plan. With clear business change management and adoption strategies integrated throughout delivery Establish and maintain clear line of sight from project deliverables to intended business benefits and outcomes, with measurable success criteria, benefits realisation planning, and post-implementation reviews to validate value delivery and inform continuous improvement Lead, empower, coach and support a multidisciplinary team within a matrix delivery environment to ensure that planning and scoping decisions are aligned to support delivery of the program in accordance with WorkSafe's enterprise architecture Negotiate with and influence leaders and executives within key business areas and across Strategic Delivery to ensure successful outcomes for the approved projects in Health and Safety Domain About you You hold extensive experience (minimum of 10 years), managing programs within large and complex organisations with demonstrated experience managing end-to-end technology programs where business change, user adoption and operational readiness are critical success factors, not just technical delivery. Additionally, you will also possess: Proven confidence in verbal communication with the successful ability to deal with people at all levels of an organisation, including liaising with a wide range of diverse stakeholders Experience operating matrixed delivery environments with demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex stakeholder dynamics Extensive program and project lifecycle experience understanding the planning and delivery of projects in their entirety Proven capability across blended delivery methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid), with pragmatic application of appropriate approaches based on initiative characteristics, organisational readiness and risk profile Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably at a post graduate level Accreditation in PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile or related project methodology disciplines Technology platform experience (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, enterprise integration) beneficial but not essential – Priority given to delivery leadership and business change over technology specialisation Applications close 11:00pm on Thursday 26 th February 2026 .
