What You’ll Be Responsible For: Deliver structured and engaging sessions using interactive technology to encourage cognitive, emotional, and social engagement Build personalised, one-on-one interactions that respond to individual needs, preferences, and capabilities Operate technical equipment confidently (full training provided), handle basic issues, and work effectively as part of a two-person team Observe participant engagement and adjust activities in real time to ensure inclusive and positive experiences Set up, pack down, and maintain equipment, manage session schedules, and coordinate closely with on-site staff Capture insights and feedback from sessions to support ongoing improvements and program development Represent the organisation professionally, demonstrating empathy, care, and accountability in every interaction What We're Looking For: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with people from a wide range of backgrounds Confidence speaking to individuals and groups in interactive, live environments Willingness to learn and adapt. No technical background required High energy, warmth, and presence, with the ability to keep others engaged A genuine interest in improving quality of life within care or community settings Valid driver’s licence and flexibility to travel between locations (use of your own vehicle is highly regarded; expenses covered) Helpful, But Not Essential: Passion/experience in Technology People facing backgrounds Experience working with people of varying backgrounds and ages
