About the role The Scheme Integrity Support Officer provides essential coordination and administrative support to ensure seamless team operations. This includes organising meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining confidential records in accordance with compliance requirements. The role demands strong time management skills, the ability to balance competing priorities, and meticulous attention to detail in supporting daily workflows. About the Team This role sits within the Scheme Integrity branch of the Finance & Governance division. You will be joining a collaborative and supportive group dedicated to upholding scheme integrity and excellence in investigations. You will report to the Senior Manager , Scheme Integrity who prioritises developing and empowering the group. What we’re looking for Exceptional Administrative Coordination You bring strong organisational capability and the confidence to manage high‑volume, detail‑heavy administrative tasks with accuracy and discretion. From minute‑taking and record management to coordinating meetings, resources and stakeholder needs, its key requirement to be able to multitask and prioritise competing workloads. Data, Systems and Program Support Expertise You’re skilled in working across multiple business systems and databases, creating and maintaining dashboards, interpreting documentation and analysing information to support program delivery. Your ability to extract insights, review invoices and records, and provide timely recommendations ensures the team has the information it needs to make informed decisions. Strong Governance and Compliance Mindset You understand the importance of accurate record keeping, privacy requirements and adherence to organisational policies. You maintain compliant documentation across shared drives and systems, support governance forums and committee processes, and ensure accurate records that uphold organisational standards.
