An exciting opportunity exists for a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Support Officer to join our dynamic team at South Western Centre Against Sexual Assault (SWCASA). As an Administrative Support Officer at SWCASA, you'll play a crucial role in providing high quality administrative support to our service. You will be the first point of contact for clients and their families, managing the reception and office environment. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, maintaining client records, offering administrative support to broader SWH committees, and coordinating client brokerage. What you bring Sound knowledge and experience in a variety of computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office. Ability to work autonomously and prioritise workloads and perform daily tasks with a significant level of accountability and responsibility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with management and staff. Clear understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality in a highly sensitive office environment. Experience in working with medical records and qualifications within Office Administration would be advantageous but not essential.
