Who we are looking for We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to implement our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM), billing and integration systems. In this senior-level position you'll oversee the project from start to finish, bringing our new systems and programs to life by driving innovation, managing key stakeholders, and ensuring value for money across the organisation. This full-time fixed-term position for 18 months is based in Warrnambool with hybrid working arrangements available. It offers a generous total salary package of up to $180,000 (including superannuation), depending on your qualifications and experience. We're open to flexibility and happy to discuss part-time options. Job Description What you'll be doing On a day-to-day basis, you'll: Lead the planning, coordination and end-to-end delivery of the CRM and billing system implementation and oversee the design, build, integration, testing, data migration, cutover and deployment. Collaborate with vendors, consultants and implementation partners. Ensure vendors meet agreed deliverables, quality expectations and data security requirements. Identify and manage project risks and potential issues so the project stays on track. Report on progress, outcomes and risks to senior leadership and project governance groups. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including business SMEs, technical specialists, change leads and vendors, to keep delivery moving and address issues early on. Guide organisational change and support the successful adoption of new systems and processes for a smooth transition into business-as-usual operations Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll bring We’re looking for an experienced project leader with extensive experience managing major IT or digital transformation projects, from planning to implementation. You'll bring: Proven experience delivery complex enterprise CRM, billing or business system implementations from discovery to go-live. Familiarity working within structured governance frameworks, using sound judgement to manage risks, issues, dependencies and scope changes. Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and influence cross-functional teams and partners. Extensive experience driving organisational change, supporting user adoption, and managing transition-to-operations for enterprise systems.
