Working in close partnership with the Nurse Unit Manager, you will play a central role in: Upholding and promoting excellence in clinical practice Providing supportive and effective leadership to nursing staff Ensuring safe, person‑centred, and high‑quality patient outcomes Contributing to strategic cost management and efficient resource utilisation Assisting with day‑to‑day unit coordination and operational oversight Our 22‑bed Acute Care Unit provides care for patients with complex medical and surgical needs and is the primary referral destination for individuals transitioning from our ICU. This ensures a seamless flow of care and offers a dynamic and challenging environment where your clinical expertise and leadership skills will thrive. What you bring The successful applicant will hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse and will have relevant experience and completed post graduate qualifications.
