In this senior role, you’ll partner with leaders to provide practical, expert advice while driving high‑quality case management and ensuring consistent, fair outcomes. You’ll support the entire employee lifecycle, identify opportunities to improve people processes, and play a key role in developing capability within the broader People & Culture team. What You'll Be Doing Providing timely, accurate and practical advice to leaders on a broad range of people matters, including performance, conduct, leave and policy interpretation. Managing end‑to‑end casework on complex people issues including investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances and performance concerns. Supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle — onboarding, probation, development, engagement and offboarding. Drafting and reviewing high‑quality documentation such as letters, case summaries, performance improvement plans and investigation reports. Identifying workforce trends, risks and opportunities, contributing to ongoing improvements in people policies, tools and practices. Mentoring junior team members by providing coaching, guidance and support in HR practices, case management and stakeholder engagement. What You Bring Significant experience in a HR advisory role , with strong exposure to employee relations and performance management. Deep understanding of employment law, industrial instruments and HR best practice , with the ability to interpret and apply them confidently. Proven capability managing sensitive and complex people matters with discretion, professionalism and sound judgement. Strong stakeholder influence and coaching ability , with confidence engaging leaders at all levels. Excellent documentation, communication and interpersonal skills , with great attention to detail. Experience mentoring or coaching others , contributing to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment. Proficiency in HR systems and case management tools , with the ability to analyse, track and report on people data effectively. Why Join Collins Foods?
