About the role Reporting to the Senior Director, HR Advisory Services, the AO8 Manager, HR Projects (Establishment) will be responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of Queensland Health's establishment management project and associated initiatives. The position will independently manage sensitive and specialised project work, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide expert HR project and strategic advice to support organisational outcomes. About you You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys leading complex projects and improving how workforce and establishment systems operate. You bring strong knowledge of contemporary HR practices, employment legislation, and government workforce processes. You are confident working with data, analysing issues, and developing practical solutions that support organisational goals. You build positive and productive relationships, even in challenging or sensitive situations, and you communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders. You are organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities while delivering high‑quality work.
