What you'll do As the Leasing Finance Officer, you will support the Leasing Manager by delivering high-quality financial processing, contract administration, data maintenance, and analytical support for the Department's leased commercial office portfolio. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, maintaining compliant lease administration, supporting budget management activities, and contributing to efficient portfolio operations across the Corporate Facilities team. About you We are searching for someone with: Proven experience, skills and knowledge of departmental financial and procurement processes and the ability to extract, collate and interpret data required for reporting purposes. Experience in leasing, property administration, or government accommodation functions. Demonstrated knowledge and experience using ICT Systems such as S4/HANA, Real Estate Module S4/Hanna, DSS and eDRMS or similar systems. Ability to resolve problems and work autonomously to achieve organisational goals Highly developed interpersonal, consultation and other communication skills and the ability to liaise and work with both internal and external stakeholders and senior management and staff alike.
