How you'll contributeYou will play a critical role in driving the delivery of government decisions and supporting continuous improvement in the implementation of the Performance Management Framework (PMF) and performance of public services. Your work will directly support the Premier and Cabinet, ensuring that government decisions are effectively implemented. In this diverse and intellectually stimulating role, you'll make your mark by: Providing technical advice and guidance on whole-of-government performance management, specifically on the PMF elements of planning (strategic and operational planning), measuring and monitoring performance (Service Delivery Statements) and reporting (Annual Reports). Identifying strategic linkages, analyse policy implementation, and provide advice on complex governance policy issues, including preparing and reviewing Cabinet submissions and monitoring delivery of government decisions. Consulting and negotiating with stakeholders across government agencies and preparing well-researched briefs and communication materials.
