We are seeking a motivated and collaborative People & Culture Coordinator to join us on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, reporting to the National People & Culture Manager.This role is perfect for someone with strong relationship‑building skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional people support. You’ll be a trusted partner to leaders and team members, contribute to key P&C initiatives, and help shape programs that support Opal’s strategic direction.As a People & Culture Coordinator, you will:First‑level support for leaders and team members on HR mattersAssist with grievances, policy interpretation and escalationCoordinate P&C projects, communication and training programsMaintain strong relationships across our homes and support officeSupport ER/IR processes, reporting and complianceCreate resources, tools and content to uplift people capabilityAbout You:Tertiary qualifications in HR, People & Culture, or a related fieldStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to multitask, prioritise and problem‑solveHigh attention to detail and confidentialityExperience supporting customers or internal stakeholders
