It’s all about safe sex, planned pregnancy and sexual health. 130 staff offer wide ranging clinical support, education programs, community services and dedicated counselling, both face‑to‑face and online, to reach tens of thousands of Queenslanders each year. Right now, under the guidance of a dynamic CEO, this enterprise is entering an exciting period of strategic growth. With a fresh 3 year Strategic Plan focused on Access and Equity, it’s expanding services, strengthening partnerships and modernising its clinical systems. Digital upgrades now include telehealth, AI supported clinical documentation, and enhanced workforce pipelines. Additional to your professional expertise, you should also be calm and steady, confident of backing your knowledge and judgment, skilled in behaviour management, strategically and operationally support the CEO and management team, be sure of your own knowledge and sufficiently resilient. With significant experience in ER/IR, you are a creative leader who thrives in the ‘cut and thrust’ of a busy, growth environment, and you’ll welcome the many opportunities that present.
