We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes: Demonstrated knowledge, leadership in and commitment to, contemporary industry best practice and relevant legislation, directives, policies particularly in relation to complex and sensitive employment matters including complaints management, workplace investigations, dismissals, grievances, disciplinary matters and health management cases in a public service context. Highly developed and proven high-level communication and advisory skills in the context of delivering responsive, time critical and discrete human resources advisory services and to build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and stakeholders etc. both internally and externally. Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and lead a high performing team and to coach and mentor employees in a specialist HR advisory context. Highly developed and proven ability to confidently communicate, provide authoritative specialist advice and engage with, senior and executive levels of leadership in relation to human resource matters. Demonstrated high level of ability to analyse, prepare and present complex reports and submissions and to effectively communicate and negotiate outcomes at the highest level.
