Your key responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction to the team to ensure the delivery of outcomes are in line with government objectives and legislative requirements. Coordinate the delivery of projects and initiatives in line with HR Systems Roadmap. Prepare high quality, evidence-based advice and provide specialist input to project support consistent high-quality management and delivery of projects. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate projects and/or programs using project methodologies and tools, preferably related to IT systems and systems and process improvements. Demonstrated conceptual, analytical and innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop and implement flexible and responsive solutions to address issues. Ability to critically analyse and interpret data to inform IT and associated system and process improvement initiatives. Why work with us?
