As part of the Culture team, you'll support the delivery and management of diverse organisational culture programs, contribute to Inclusion, Diversity and Equity and Reframing the Relationship initiatives, and drive innovation in future-focused workforce practices. The role also involves delivering IDE initiatives, stakeholder engagement, research, reporting and providing high-quality advice to support continuous improvement and capability building.
