What You Will Be Working On; Multi-channel marketing strategy: Set and deliver campaigns across digital, social, PR and in-store channels that drive traffic, enquiries and sales across 55 locations. Marketing fund ownership: Plan, forecast, allocate and govern the marketing budget with transparent quarterly reporting to the franchise network and clear ROI tracking. Franchisee enablement: Provide Local Area Marketing toolkits, templates and guidance that enable store owners to execute locally with brand consistency. Digital & eCommerce: Drive the eCommerce clean-up project and improve digital effectiveness through better content, merchandising and conversion optimisation. Agency management: Lead relationships across creative, media, PR and digital agencies to deliver on-time, on-budget campaigns at best value. What Type Of Person Will Be Successful You're a senior marketing professional with retail franchise or consumer sector experience accountable for measurable network growth. You know how to set brand strategy and execute multi-channel, digital-first programs that deliver traffic, enquiries and sales. Demonstrated success with brand strategy and multi-channel campaign execution that drives commercial results. Strong digital marketing expertise: SEO/SEM, paid media, conversion optimisation, and eCommerce content. Marketing fund/budget governance experience: planning, forecasting, ROI reporting (franchise context ideal). Agency leadership across creative, media, PR and digital with clear briefs, SLA management and cost control. Experience enabling store networks including LAM, building toolkits, templates and training that drive adoption. Franchise-first collaboration, commercial data-driven rigor, and brand stewardship with modernisation discipline.
