Job Description Minor Hotels is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the planning, delivery and optimisation of commercial retail campaigns across Australia and New Zealand. Working within our central marketing team and based full-time at our Brisbane Head Office, this role plays an important part in driving commercial retail campaigns to support achieving business-led revenue targets. You’ll work closely with internal teams and agency partners to bring campaigns to life, ensuring activity is well-executed, on-brand and delivering measurable results. What You’ll Be Doing Support the end-to-end development and delivery of tactical multi-channel campaigns Use customer insights, consumer trends and performance data to define campaign activity Assist in the creation of clear and effective campaign briefs for creative and media agencies Support senior leaders in delivering the commercial retail campaign calendar and coordinate activity across teams Ensure creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives Coordination of media planning, budget management and campaign optimisation Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring accuracy, timelines and attention to detail Track performance and prepare reporting, insights and ROI analysis Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with business priorities Identify opportunities to improve campaign processes and efficiency Support with ad-hoc marketing requirements across commercial needs
