Role Responsibilities Work alongside Category Managers and Product Development Managers to understand market dynamics, consumer insights and drivers to anticipate trends, and plan marketing accordingly Developing brand strategies and 12 month marketing plans across private label and exclusive portfolios Create compelling campaign propositions, creative and messaging for each campaign Deliver Through the Line campaigns in conjunction with the wider marketing team. Optimise private label and exclusive brand inclusion in campaign calendars Liaise with the Studio and Multimedia teams for development of campaign assets (ATL, POS) Hold regular Campaign Planning meetings to ensure campaign alignment Manage external media, digital, and creative agencies Maintain a clear understanding of customer experience strategy, value strategy and market segmentation to ensure campaigns meet audience specific objectives Uphold high levels of cross functional communication with key internal and external stakeholders such as cross functional team members, suppliers, agencies and customers Personal Attributes Knowledge of and marketing exposure to FMCG and/or retail environments Strong experience across brand, product and campaign management Proven ability to manage end to end campaigns Strong communication skills and confidence working cross functionally A proactive, solutions focused mindset with sound judgement an initiative Ability to demonstrate a high level of strategic planning, problem solving and analytical skills Why you'll love this role!
