About the Role:As our eCommerce Assistant, you'll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Universal Store and Perfect Stranger Websites. You'll be the master of product uploads, ensuring every item shines online with comprehensive and accurate information, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.Beyond product listings, you'll dive into website merchandising, content updates, and campaign implementation, ensuring our online stores are visually appealing and commercially optimised. You'll work closely with our eCommerce, Marketing, and Buying teams, playing a key role in driving digital trade and the growth of Universal Store and Perfect Stranger's online presence. What you'll be doing:Owning the end-to-end process of product uploads, from compiling accurate lists of new arrivals to managing ongoing updates and ensuring discoverability.Reviewing product data for completeness and accuracy, including model sizing, care instructions, and imagery quality.Optimising product listings by conducting regular audits of titles, descriptions, and attributes, and refining on-site filters and navigation.Assisting with website content updates, collaborating with our eCommerce and Marketing teams to align with campaigns and business priorities.Supporting ongoing eCommerce projects, including new site features and UX enhancements. What you'll bring:High attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.A proactive attitude and high achievement drive, with the ability to be a true team player.Basic computer skills are essential.Experience with Shopify content management and Google Analytics is highly desirable.A tertiary qualification or short course in Marketing, Advertising, Creative Industries, Web Protocols, or Information Technology would be a plus!
