Your Responsibilities Own the day-to-day customer experience across our owned digital channels Manage, test, and optimise campaigns and journeys in Braze Own campaign planning aligned to key business priorities and major sporting events Work closely with Creative, Data & Analytics, Trading, and Marketing to bring ideas to life and improve our marketing efforts Help shape what this role becomes as we continue to grow, the list doesn’t stop here… Skills and Abilities Hands-on experience using Braze to deliver CRM programs. High degree of accuracy across campaign setup and QA to ensure every message goes out clean. A proactive problem solver who can take ownership and move work forward independently. Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with design and product squads. An interest in wagering, sports, or fast-paced consumer products is highly regarded.
