We’re looking for an experienced Instructor / Studio Manager to lead the studio day-to-day while playing a key role in teaching, team leadership, marketing, and long-term growth. About the Role This is a hands-on leadership position combining studio management, Pilates instruction, and brand growth. You’ll be the face of the studio for both members and instructors, ensuring smooth operations while actively helping grow and promote the PilatesNow brand. Key Responsibilities Managing instructor schedules, staffing, and studio rotas Teaching Pilates classes to a consistently high standard Leading, mentoring, and supporting the instructor team Acting as the primary point of contact for members (in-studio, email, phone, and social media) Managing class bookings, cancellations, and waitlists Supporting member retention and studio growth initiatives Managing and maintaining the studio’s social media presence and online engagement Creating and coordinating content, promotions, and community-focused marketing activity Supporting local partnerships, events, and brand awareness initiatives Ensuring a welcoming, professional, and high-energy studio environment Assisting with day-to-day administration and studio operations About You Certified Pilates instructor (essential) Experience in studio management, leadership, or a similar role Confident managing people, schedules, and priorities Comfortable managing social media and engaging with an online community Interest or experience in marketing, promotions, or brand-building Strong communication and customer service skills Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused Passionate about health, movement, and building a strong community Why Join PilatesNow?
