As our highly valued Portfolio Delivery Coordinator based in Brisbane or Sydney your role is to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of initiatives in accordance with the portfolio delivery framework. You will also work as a specialist across the broader delivery portfolio to promote consistency. Areas of specialisation include, but are not limited to; portfolio governance, financial management, scheduling, resource management, dependency management, and risk and issue management. This is an 18-month full-time contract. You’ll make an impact by: Portfolio and Initiative Support • Support tracking and managing portfolio and initiative documentation including status, milestones, schedule, and financials. • Assist initiatives to apply the delivery framework and to achieve required deliverable quality. • Coordinate development of detailed schedules initiative status reports to address required tasks, deliverables, milestones, organisational change, quality, and budget to deliver the agreed business objectives and outcomes. • Proactively manage the work stream plans, meetings, schedules, reporting progress and remedial actions where progress falls outside of agreed parameters. Methodology • Assist the Enterprise Delivery function to continuously improve Great Southern Bank Delivery Model and supporting materials, to optimise cadence and adapt techniques to our culture and specific initiative delivery requirements. Administrative Support • Taking notes in workshops and meetings to prepare outputs and documents • Maintenance of initiative communication channels, collaboration sites and reference artefacts • Raising purchase requisitions and processing invoices updating tracking information in budgets and forecasts • Distribution and tracking of communications to the Project and other stakeholders. Team Coordination • Assist with the coordination and development of initiative deliverables calling on subject matter expert participation, both internally and externally, where required. Do things differently with us To succeed in this role, you will have: •2 years Project Administration experience •Good understanding of project fundamentals and experience in supporting medium to large projects •Demonstrated ability to provide high-level administrative and professional support •Excellent organisational and time management skills •Previous experience in project management tools e.g. JIRA, SharePoint and Confluence. •Demonstrated ability to work well independently and collaborate in a team environment •Proven ability to establish priorities, set workloads, follow through and meet deadlines independently •Ability to exercise a high level of honesty, courage, discretion, judgment, and integrity •Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence team members and other key stakeholders •A high level of professionalism and a strong service mentality •Previous experience or knowledge of financial monitoring/reporting would be an advantage.
