Description Oracle Health is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead new business development across the ANZ region. This is a high-impact role suited for a strategic thinker and relationship-builder with a strong track record in complex enterprise solution sales within the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities, working across diverse healthcare markets. You will build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including C-suite executives, clinicians, government leaders, and industry partners. As the primary sales lead, you will manage the entire sales lifecycle—from lead generation, RFI/RFP response development, and proposal creation, through to contract negotiation and deal closure. You will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic, client-centric sales approaches tailored to the evolving needs of healthcare organisations across the ANZ and APAC regions. By deeply understanding each client’s operational, clinical, and business challenges, you will craft solutions that align with their strategic goals—whether through bespoke proposals, innovative pricing models, or tailored sales channel strategies. This role requires close collaboration across Oracle's internal ecosystem to ensure a unified, value-driven sales approach. You will also actively engage external partners and industry stakeholders to expand influence, co-create solutions, and enhance market positioning. Responsibilities Drive new business development and lead complex enterprise sales across the ANZ healthcare market Identify, develop and close high-value sales opportunities within both public and private healthcare sectors Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with C-suite executives, clinicians, government leaders, and industry stakeholders Manage the end-to-end sales process including pipeline development, forecasting, territory planning, and account strategy Drive lead generation, qualification, and opportunity management to build a strong and sustainable sales funnel Develop and deliver compelling solution proposals that align with client objectives and Oracle Health’s value proposition Lead tender responses, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and executive briefings Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contractual agreements to successfully close deals Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., solution consulting, legal, product, delivery) to ensure alignment on customer requirements and solution delivery Establish and maintain strategic alignment with key third-party influencers, industry partners, and ecosystem collaborators Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data for forecasting, pipeline tracking, and performance reporting Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client business drivers to tailor sales strategies and maximise impact Qualifications Career Level - IC4
