What you'll actually do Run the full month-end close Own balance sheet & inventory reconciliations Oversee AP/AR integrity (not processing) Prepare cashflow, variance and management reports Support budgets, forecasts and board-level packs Liaise with auditors and keep everything audit-ready Be the escalation point for the finance team You'll have autonomy, respect, and visibility - without being thrown into chaos. Who this is perfect for You're likely: A Senior Accountant / SFO / Finance Manager-level operator Strong technically and comfortable owning outcomes Experienced in inventory, manufacturing or product-based businesses Someone who enjoys structure, controls and clean reporting Confident working with leadership and enforcing process You'll bring: 7-12 years' accounting experience Full month-end ownership Strong Excel and reconciliation discipline Inventory and audit exposure CA/CPA (or near completion) is ideal Apply Now and let's get moving.
