What We’re Looking For Requirements: Perform high-volume data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Maintain accurate financial records, registers, and supporting documentation Support payment runs, invoicing, and issuing remittance advices Assist with month-end and period-end processing as directed Assist with audit preparation and collation of documentation Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, QuickBooks). Follow documented procedures and contribute to improvements in finance processes Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload and meet weekly deadlines within a remote environment Additional Attributes: 3-5 years experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology company. Advanced Excel skills - VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data cleaning (Sum Ifs, If statements). (required) Experience with Power BI or similar (advantageous) A solid understanding of double-entry bookkeeping, the difference between cash and accrual accounting, and basic GST/VAT/Sales Tax principles. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team remotely.
