We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Operations Administrator to support our QLD projects, and will be based at our Oxley Office About the role The Operations Administrator will be accountable for administration duties – supporting our remote sites including - coordinating all travel and logistics for the site team, payroll and leave management, maintaining rosters for all sites, document control, mobilisations for new starters and coordinating induction and training requirements along with raising purchase orders. In addition, you will maintain employee files and coordinate relief to always ensure full manning for sites. Possible site visits when required.
