In this role you will: Work closely with the Director, Parole Board Liaison, the team of Public Service Representatives, and QCS and PBQ stakeholders and leadership teams, to drive continued business improvement opportunities, examine and analyse operational and systemic issues, and propose solutions for improving service delivery. Provide high-level advice and operational support as requested or required to the Director Parole Board Liaison, including in relation to correctional practices and parole systems and processes, and emerging or existing risks or trends. Undertake analysis of existing or emerging issues or trends relating to parole systems and processes. Build and maintain strong working partnerships, networks and effective relationships with key personnel and stakeholders, and work collaboratively with all QCS divisions and commands and PBQ for the achievement of relevant outcomes. Maintain extensive knowledge of relevant issues, legislation, policy and procedures in relation to QCS and PBQ matters, correctional practices, and parole systems and processes. Manage preparation of reports, submissions, briefing notes, and other correspondence for the Parole Board Liaison Unit. Contribute to the development and implementation of the Parole Board Liaison Units' operational and strategic planning. Assist with rostering requirements related to Public Service Representatives attendance at all Board meetings. Undertake projects or develop initiatives in support of QCS and the Parole Board Liaison Unit as required by the Director. Contribute to governance and risk oversight activities for the Parole Board Liaison Unit as required by the Director. Applications to remain current for 12 months.
