Make a difference with a reputable not-for-profit organisation Full time ongoing position Use your technical skills to provide excellent customer service About the role We’re looking for a systems and reporting specialist with system coordination experience, extensive IT and Microsoft software knowledge, and excellent customer service skills, to join the Operations team. You will leverage your deep understanding of data management and reporting to streamline, automate and implement user-friendly and impactful reporting systems. You’ll monitor and manage user accounts and access levels across a wide range of systems, including our childcare management system (QikKids) and government portals. As Systems and Reporting Coordinator, you will provide friendly and efficient troubleshooting and system training to our organisation, adapting your communication to suit the digital literacy of your audience. Your IT expertise will allow you to develop guides and tutorials to support end users, and you’ll contribute to the induction of new staff into our systems. About You You are someone who is naturally organised, proactive, and comfortable navigating different digital systems. You communicate clearly, solve problems thoughtfully, and enjoy supporting others, especially users with varying levels of digital confidence. You bring strong technical and analytical capability, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.
