About the role We’re looking for a seasoned IT Operations Manager to take ownership of our IT infrastructure and support operations across APAC. Reporting to the VP of Technology, you’ll lead a talented team, elevate our systems, and help drive a global standard of operational excellence. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with our EMEA team to ensure smooth handovers, shared standards, and consistently high service across regions. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop a team of Systems Administrators and Support Specialists Ensure high system availability and deliver a consistent, high‑quality support experience Apply ITSM principles to improve workflows and service delivery processes Own ITIL processes with a strong focus on Change and Incident Management Lead major incident responses and drive thorough post‑incident reviews Manage regional technical projects end‑to‑end, from planning through to handover Collaborate closely with EMEA teams to ensure global alignment and seamless handovers Manage third‑party vendors, SLAs and service performance across the region Oversee office infrastructure including networking, identity and access management Communicate technical updates, risks and plans in clear, jargon‑free language What You’ll Bring Experience in IT Operations within a large, global organisation Leadership experience developing and managing technical teams Strong ITSM background with structured service management experience Deep understanding of ITIL frameworks; especially Change & Incident Management Proven track record delivering technical projects with minimal business disruption Strong vendor and contract management experience Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder‑influencing skills Ability to break down complex technical topics into simple, accessible language Why Tes Our intuitive technology streamlines complex tasks, enhances learning experiences, and alleviates the administrative burdens that often overwhelm schools.
