The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled SAP Finance Analyst to join our high-performing SAP FICO team. In this role, you'll partner with business stakeholders to design, configure and implement SAP Finance solutions that enable smarter decisions and sustainable growth. You'll be hands-on across solution design, configuration, testing, and continuous improvement, while playing a key role in ensuring system integrity, compliance, and seamless integration across the business. What You'll Do Partner with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions Design, configure, test, and document SAP FICO developments that enhance performance and deliver value Identify opportunities to optimise processes and unlock efficiencies through SAP solutions Support end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with governance, change, and incident management processes Contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring system performance and driving enhancements About You 7 years' experience in a SAP FICO functional role, ideally with certification or equivalent expertise Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules, with exposure to integration systems ie Promaster, Readsoft. Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP project implementations (at least two) Strong skills in product costing, COPA or S/4 Hana is highly regarded Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment Why Goodman Fielder?
