About The Role: Joining a boat building business that has been in operation for over 20 years and continuously growing. The role as bookkeeper / accounts payable is a key role within the business to support the management and production team. Key Responsibilities End-to-end accounts payable processing Supplier invoice management, statements, and payment runs Maintaining accurate and compliant financial records Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and external accountants General bookkeeping and administrative support Accounts receivable support may be required from time to time. Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience using Xero (essential) Formal qualification in accounting or bookkeeping (essential) Experience within a manufacturing business (essential) Solid understanding of accounts payable processes High level of accuracy and attention to detail Confident using spreadsheets and accounting systems Able to come into the office full time.
