Your Next Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a full time Guest Experience Officer to join our team at Ingenia Brisbane North Rentals in Aspley. Our community offers affordable rental homes to individuals who are often rebuilding their lives after significant events, in a well-connected location with easy access to shops, parks, and transport. The role is best suited to someone who can create a safe, respectful environment and confidently manage complex situations with empathy and professionalism. Reporting to the Community Manager and supported by a wider team of Guest Experience Officers, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless front-of-house experience and ensuring positive, engaging interactions with residents and guests. You love working with people, solving problems, and creating moments that matter.
