Your new role: Reporting to the Medical Workforce Unit, the Medical Workforce Allocations Officer plays a key role in planning, coordinating and maintaining junior medical staff allocations to ensure service delivery, training requirements and legislative obligations are met. Coordinate and prepare term allocations, rosters and placements for Resident Medical Officers in consultation with key internal and external stakeholders Provide high-quality advice and support to junior medical staff regarding allocations, leave, training requirements and workforce matters About you: You are a proactive and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced, stakeholder-focused environment and brings a strong service mindset to workforce coordination and administration.
