This position ensures compliance management of all property-related contractors and takes responsibility for safety planning. There will also be the opportunity to contribute to other projects as they arise. This is a full time, 12 month maximum term contract position while the current incumbent takes leave. About You To be successful in this role, you will be a highly motivated and organised professional with the ability to communicate effectively with different audiences so that they understand the importance of compliance and safety in property and procurement. You will have: Relevant qualifications in Facilities Management, Building Services or a related field or significant experience in a similar role. Demonstrated leadership skills to manage the work performance and development of a small team of direct reports. Experience managing contracts and external companies/contractors. Proven effective interpersonal skills. Well-developed numeracy skills. Demonstrated organisational and planning skills. Effectively manage time, organise workload and multi-task. Computer literacy with emphasis on data management, Microsoft Office, Project management suites internet and emails. Satisfactory completion of a National Police Records Check (arranged by Vasey RSL Care). Valid working rights which will be subject to a VEVO check.
