What Experience Do We Need? Previous experience at Supervisor or Manager level Ability to work effectively together and within small remote teams Flexible, resilient approach suited to remote living and work Strong organisation, accountability, and leadership skills National Police Checks (or willingness to obtain) Valid Working With Children Check (WA) or Ochre Card (NT) Professional references required Previous experience in remote or regional environments (such as community stores, roadhouses, or mining towns) is highly regarded but not essential.
