About the Role As the Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective and efficient management of the school's administrative operations. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, you will provide timely and relevant support to ensure the smooth running of the school. Key responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including reception duties, correspondence, and maintaining school records. Providing support for school staff, such as managing timesheets, leave applications, and arranging relief staff as required. Handling financial matters, including processing payments, reconciling invoices, and maintaining financial records in OneSchool. Coordinating school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of school facilities. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, offering advice and support in line with school policies.
