As the Business Support Officer, you will:- Coordinate and organise Director's calendar and emails, to ensure the priorities of the Director are scheduled and that activities/issues are actioned efficiently and effectively.- Coordinate and perform administrative tasks (e.g., timesheets, travel arrangements, purchasing, stationery orders, reporting responses), to ensure that relevant procedures, policies are complied with, and governance requirements are met.- Provide support for relevant meetings (e.g., arrange meetings times, preparation of and taking of meeting minutes, collate handouts, verify attendance, arrange refreshments), to ensure meetings are supported in a professional and efficient manner and to assist the day-to-day operations.- Prepare correspondence and documentation, using appropriate formats and templates, to support various initiatives and activities and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of Digital Customer (SSQ)'s information and records.- Undertake purchasing activities within approved delegation (including procurement and Corporate Card operation), in accordance with organisational policies and procedures), to ensure that the supplies and services are available in a timely and cost-effective manner.The role requires attendance in the CBD five days per week for 7:25 hours between the hours of 8am until 4.30pm. This requirement aligns with a business need for service delivery during this time-period Applications will remain current for 12 months.
