A key function of the Capability branch is the Education Futures Institute (EFI) that delivers high-quality, targeted and evidence-informed capability development for a multi-disciplinary workforce. About the Role As a Project Officer, you will work as a valued member of our team and play a vital role in supporting staff in the Capability Branch deliver high-quality professional learning through operational, administrative and corporate services support. Key functions of this role include: Overseeing operational support contributing to the delivery of capability programs and initiatives Managing human resource and finance support across the branch including HR - appointment forms, on/off boarding activities, TSS and MyHR finance - SAPA payments, accruals, invoice payments, purchase orders, GPEVs, vendor management, corporate card Building and sustaining collaborative relationships with regional staff, key internal and external stakeholders to support branch programs and initiatives Preparing documentation, reports, presentations and other written correspondence The Project Officer reports to the Manager, Governance & Operations Education Futures Institute. About You The ideal applicants are individuals who demonstrate: Outstanding communication and customer service skills and the ability to build and sustain positive relationships with team members, clients and stakeholders. High level skills in problem solving, prioritisation and managing competing demands in a timely manner. Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Content Manager and Microsoft suite.
