What you'll do Develop a highly compatible and supportive working team environment. Ensure that the team provides responsive services that meet customer's needs within agreed timeframes by effective coordination and management of work priorities within the Administration service. Supervise staff within the Administration service in line with quality human resource management practices including managing their training and development through the Professional Development Plan (PDP) process. Foster effective working relationships with TPCH Group Line Managers to promote service quality, responsiveness and compliance with established policies and procedures. About you We are searching for someone with: Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, supervise and manage a work team in the achievement of continuous high quality, client focussed outcomes. Demonstrated ability to provide high level secretarial and administrative support (including medical typing), reliability in meeting deadlines and commitments and the ability to establish work priorities. Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage staff in line with quality human resource management practices with reference to employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety and ethical behaviour. Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to deal with people at all levels of the organisation, external agencies and the public in a tactful and, where necessary, confidential manner. Organisational skills and the ability to use initiative, delegate and be adaptable when performing or administering tasks in a constantly changing and dynamic environment. Proven ability to establish, manage and maintain office systems and databases. Demonstrated skills, or the ability to acquire skills in utilising human resources, payroll, audit and financial systems and processes. Why work with us?
