What you'll do Represent Payroll Transactional Services in discussions and decisions with key stakeholders to review, manage and identify issues, risks and impacts from process, system and legislative changes, fostering alignment between technical and business process changes. Manage team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure optimal outcomes and professional growth. This includes setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development. Develop and maintain strong relationships to support successful outcomes by engaging with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations as well as negotiating and influencing outcomes. Engaging and collaborating with a geographically dispersed stakeholder group to identify and report on risks and issues relating to proposed system and business process changes that impact Payroll Transactional Services. About you We are searching for someone who has: Demonstrated analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and a proven ability to work in a team environment, developing effective working relationships with team members. Demonstrated experience in understanding the impact of system and business process to targeted stakeholder groups and the associated business process change activities to accommodate system implementations. Demonstrated ability to undertake current and future state analysis of complex payroll transactional processes within an integrated solution. High level consultation, negotiation, facilitation and communication skills and the ability to apply these in delivering system release communication and change activities to geographically dispersed stakeholders. Experience in the effective management of people, performance and resources required to coordinate the release deliverables in a virtual team environment. Why work with us?
