Valiant Recruitment is partnering with a high-performing boutique corporate advisory firm to appoint an Office Coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting a team of specialists and driving operational excellence across the business. Supporting an office of approximately 10 employees, you will work closely with senior leadership. This is a newly created position offering genuine scope to implement processes, build structure and become the central point of contact. This role is 100% office based in the CBD. Full time and part time hours will be considered. The Role As Office Coordinator, you will lead the end-to-end management of office operations while providing high-level administrative support. Your focus will be on building efficient systems, enabling productivity and creating a seamless workplace experience for employees and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: Leading daily office operations, reception and facilities management Establishing and refining office policies, procedures and workflows Managing suppliers, contracts and service providers Coordinating onboarding and workplace set-ups for new employees Providing executive and team support including diaries, meetings and travel Supporting financial administration, invoices and budget tracking Maintaining health, safety and workplace compliance standards About You This role will suit a high-performing administration professional who is confident stepping into a newly created position, operating autonomously and exercising sound commercial judgement.
