What you’ll do: Growth & Hunting Research and identify untapped traffic sources (tipping sites, influencers, Discord communities). You aren't waiting for inbound leads; you are running cold outreach to bring them into the fold. Work with the Head of UA to structure commercial deals (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid) that align partner incentives with our ROI goals. Relationship Management & Incentivisation Be the primary contact for our network. Provide timely updates on campaigns (e.g., "Promote this PL Match!"). Develop and manage incentivisation programs (e.g., seasonal races, tiered rewards) to keep partners engaged and pushing for that extra volume. Collaborate with our internal Creative & Product teams to build bespoke banners and landing pages that help your affiliates convert better. Program Operations (The Engine) Own the affiliate platform. You ensure tracking is accurate, user management is tidy, and commission plans are set correctly. You manage the full lifecycle—getting new partners live quickly, and securely offboarding inactive or non-compliant partners to protect the brand. Manage the monthly invoicing process with Finance to ensure accurate and timely payments. Compliance & Brand Asset Management Regularly audit affiliate websites to ensure they are hosting up-to-date reviews, correct bonus information, and current app screenshots. You don't let our brand look stale on third-party sites. Enforce strict compliance guidelines. Ideal Experience: 2 years in Marketing / Partnerships, preferably in iGaming, Fintech, or E-commerce. Sales DNA, you are comfortable picking up the phone to chase a lead or correct a review. Platform Savvy, experience with tracking platforms (MyAffiliates, Income Access) is a massive plus. Detail Obsessed, you spot the typo in the contract, the error in the tracking link, or the outdated logo on a partner's site immediately.
