Description Permanent/Continuing, full-time appointment Level 5: $84,002 - $94,998 17% superannuation About the Opportunity The University of Wollongong is seeking a motivated and service‑focused Campus Service Officer to join the Student Services Division at our Sutherland Campus. This role is central to creating a welcoming, efficient, and student‑centred environment, acting as the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors, and community partners. You’ll provide high‑quality customer service, support campus operations, and contribute to the delivery of key student lifecycle activities. As part of the campus team, you will manage a wide range of enquiries, offer informed guidance, and ensure that all interactions reflect UOW’s commitment to exceptional service. You’ll assist with the smooth running of daily campus operations, support events and activities, and help maintain a safe and functional environment, stepping in to oversee facilities when the Campus Manager is unavailable. The role also involves completing administrative tasks that support the student lifecycle, including processing forms, maintaining records, and assisting with major events such as enrolment, orientation, exams, and graduation.
