You will work in close partnership with the CIO, not only streamlining their day-to-day operations but also helping drive strategic initiatives. Manage and prioritise CIO’s emails; act independently on most correspondence, escalating only essential items. Maintain and adapt the CIO’s calendar, ensuring time for key activities and flexibility for changing priorities. Coordinate all travel arrangements and make decisions to ensure seamless travel experiences. Streamline approval processes, ensuring all necessary steps are completed before CIO review. Exemplify professionalism and lead by example, collaborating with the EA team and representing the CIO’s office. Support meeting preparation, tracking actions from correspondence and meetings, and managing deadlines for reporting. Attend meetings maintain notes and record and monitor actions as required Key point of contact for the CIO’s office for Directors, strategic investment managers, key stakeholders and vendors / partners Build effective systems and procedures to boost CIO effectiveness and support team initiatives.
