They manage a well-established portfolio of residential and mixed schemes with a personalised and proactive approach. The roles and responsibilities of the successful Compliance Manager will include: Manage day-to-day communication with clients and external parties across compliance matters (fire, lifts, swimming pools, window locks, cooling towers) Coordinate quotes in collaboration with Strata Managers and strata committees Prepare and lodge Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) Schedule inspections and re-inspections with residents and contractors Raise and manage fire safety and compliance-related work orders Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation Assist with Agency Agreement administration To be successful in the role as the Compliance Manager you will require: Strong organisational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Confident, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills Solution-focused and practical in your approach Professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills Why this role stands out: Highly competitive salary Work with a collaborative, friendly team where people help one another Opportunities to attend industry events and expand your professional network A modern office conveniently located near shops, cafes and public transport Whilst this is a part-time role (4 days a week), there is potential for this to become a full-time role for the right candidate.
