About the role 12-Month Fixed Term Opportunity We are looking to hire a full time Website Experience Executive on a 12-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of transforming our current digital store (CellarDoor.co) through fast-moving campaign management. Your day-to-day will consist of: Execute end‑to‑end digital campaigns for CellarDoor.Co. Manage promotions, vouchers, segmentation and landing pages. Develop and implement advanced segmentation strategies using CRM and loyalty platforms Manage and segment customer groups to support targeted marketing activities Coordinate delivery with Marketing, Customer Service and IT teams. Track campaign performance and provide optimisation insights. Support ongoing improvements to the online customer experience. About you Successful applicants will naturally take pride in their work, be motivated to learn new skills, throw themselves into being one of the team, and have a good eye for detail and an overall positive attitude. Strong Salesforce understanding and end-to-end user, understanding of Shopify is favourable. Having a background in Ecommerce is highly preferred. Digitally native, you are strong with most CMS and Microsoft suite programs You’ll have strong stakeholder management. The ability to thrive in fast moving digital campaign management.
