Description The Opportunity Downer’s Energy & Utilities business is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Skilltech team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations and general administration requirements of the contract, ensuring a professional and efficient service to all stakeholders. What We’re Looking For We are looking for an adaptable and proactive individual with: Experience working within a coordination or administrative position. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner. Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a close team environment. Competence in PC use and data entry. Key responsibilities include: Supporting day-to-day contract operations and data entry. Maintaining office management systems and requisitioning supplies. Providing team/training assistance as required. Communicating constructively with team members, customers, and clients. Identifying and communicating opportunities for process improvement.
