Our Client: Our client is a leading financial services organisation delivering best-in-class customer onboarding and digital banking experiences. You will join the Enterprise Customer Onboarding & Mastering (ECOM) domain, working in a regulated, fast-moving environment where strategic initiatives and optimisation of business-as-usual services run in parallel. The focus is ensuring onboarding and customer profile management services are accurate, connected, and consistently improving across digital and core banking systems. What you’ll do: Partner with business stakeholders and SMEs to shape initiatives that improve onboarding and profile management outcomes Create and champion product and feature vision aligned to customer and banker needs Translate needs into epics, features, and user stories, and support clear acceptance criteria and delivery sequencing Work closely with technology squads to drive prioritisation, velocity, and incremental release delivery Collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams to agree solutions and deliver value iteratively Represent the voice of the customer and align priorities across domains and stakeholders Maintain and prioritise the product backlog, supporting continuous improvement and benefit realisation Identify re-use and adaptation opportunities across the broader ecosystem Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as a Product Owner, ideally within banking or financial services Strong knowledge of financial products, processes, and systems Proven delivery experience in Agile environments (including Human-Centred Design exposure) Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and communication across business and technical teams Strong problem solving skills with a customer-first, value-driven mindset Benefits Towcha People is an Indigenous-owned recruitment business and we are committed to fair access to opportunity.
