Ideally, you’ll have: Prior experience working in family law or a legal receptionist position Confidence using legal practice management software such as Leap or Smokeball Full-time availability and commitment to a permanent role A genuine desire to work in a reception role long-term (not a stepping stone role for students) That said… We understand that this combination is rare.
