Your key responsibilities: Coordinate divisional planning and review processes independently, ensuring consistency and quality. Provide expert advice and support to key stakeholders on development and implementation of the annual strategic and operational planning process for the department and divisions. This includes the review process. Identify, design, and implement continuous improvements to the department's planning process to ensure it meets the department's needs and aligns with contemporary practice. Role fit The essential requirements for this role are: Demonstrated high level corporate governance experience and knowledge preferably in relation to the development and delivery of department wide planning. Proven high level stakeholder engagement and communication skills and demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence outcomes diplomatically.
